Step 1 – Size
I offer several sizes of portrait, your choice may depend on the composition of your portrait and budget. Take a look at my Price guide for information on sizes and prices

​Step 2  – Photographs
You need to choose a close up, in focus photo that best shows your pets personality.  I am happy to help you decide on the best photo or offer advice on taking photos.  The better the photo, the better the finished portrait will be

Step 3 – Contact me
Once you have decided on they type of portrait you would like and have your photos, email me or contact me via my social media pages to discuss your requirements.  I usually have a waiting list but I will do my best to fit in special occasions

Step 4 – Payment
To secure your slot, I require a 30% booking fee before work commences (deducted from the full balance).  You may pay in full in advance if you wish, you may also pay monthly installments via debit/credit card by paypal or bank transfer.  The full balance is payable on completion once you are satisfied with your portrait.  Portraits will not be shipped until full payment is received.  Deposits cannot be returned once work has started. 

Step 5 – Progress
I will contact you when I am ready to commence work on your portrait, if it is not a surprise gift you can follow progress on my Facebook and Instagram pages.  Let me know if you prefer progress images not to be posted online.

Step 6 – Completion
On completion of your portrait, I will send you a scan of the finished work for your approval.  Once full payment is received, your portrait will be shipped by Royal Mail tracked delivery.
